Xinxiang Chemical Fiber was selected into the “Long Teng” action to help protect intellectual property rights

Recently, it was learned from Xinxiang Customs that Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinxiang Chemical Fiber”) was selected as the “Long Teng” action key enterprise directory of the General Administration of Customs and became the first enterprise in Xinxiang to be selected in the directory.
In recent years, the development of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber is moving from innovation-driven to innovation-led, improving quality and optimizing efficiency through independent innovation. Xinxiang Chemical Fiber’s newly-built project enjoys independent intellectual property rights in a number of core technologies, including production technology and spinning equipment. While increasing the scale of production capacity, it has also achieved product upgrades. Xinxiang Chemical Fiber has successfully developed more than 10 varieties of functional and differentiated regenerated cellulose fibers and differentiated spandex, applied for more than 80 national patents, participated in the formulation of a number of national industry standards, and its product research and development capabilities are at the forefront of the industry. Xinxiang Chemical Fiber has a technical confidentiality agreement with technical personnel, which protects the company’s intellectual property. Xinxiang Chemical Fiber has also strengthened its cooperation with universities and research institutes. Green fiber projects are successful experiences, breaking the international monopoly, forming a production scale of 30,000 tons in Xinxiang, and 60,000 tons of projects are under construction. Major breakthroughs have been made in cooperation projects with Southwest Jiaotong University and the Institute of Process Engineering (IPE) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which are expected to overturn traditional spinning methods and make production more green and environmentally friendly.
In 2019, Xinxiang Chemical Fiber’s “Bailu” trademark won China’s “Famous Trademark”, which greatly enhanced the company’s reputation, market competitiveness and international influence. This time selected into the “Long Teng” action key enterprises list, participating in the customs intellectual property protection special action, will more effectively stimulate the Xinxiang chemical fiber innovation vitality, safeguard the company’s innovative interests, will also play a role model for the healthy development of the textile industry and regional economy.
