The Fifth China (Quanzhou) Maritime Silk Road International Brand Exposition (MSREXPO2019), the 22nd Straits Textile Clothing Fair (STCF2019) and the 2019 Shishi Fashion Week will be held in Shishi City, Fujian Province, from April 18 to 21, 2019. There are 340 enterprises in 48 countries and regions along the " Maritime Silk Road " line, and more than 500 enterprises in textile and apparel upstream and downstream, all of which are present at the three exhibitions. The three exhibitions will bring new experiences, better business opportunities and more surprises to global businessmen, and further promote openness, development and win-win situation! As a well-known start city of Maritime Silk Road on the west coast of the Pacific Ocean and an ecologically livable historical and cultural tourism city in South China, Shishi is experimenting with the mode of purchasing trade in the national market to open the door of trade globalization.

With the theme of "New Maritime Silk Road, New Cooperation and New Life", the exhibition covers an area of 26000 square meters and 700 international standard booths. It attracts 340 brand enterprises from 48 countries and regions along the line of Maritime Silk Road. The following points are highlighted:
 
First, we should set up the concept of the first guest state, innovate the economic interaction mode of the exhibition, and invite Malaysia, along the “Belt and Road" country, as the main guest country.










 
Second, highlight the characteristics along the Maritime Silk Road and Quanzhou industrial advantages, the largest number of countries have participated in the exhibition. This year, the MSREXPO2019 has set up Quanzhou Maritime Silk Road boutique exhibition area, Quanzhou Trademark Brand Hall, Maritime Silk Road Quanzhou Cultural Travel Exhibition Area, the main guest country boutique exhibition area, the Maritime Silk Road tourism culture exhibition area, the Maritime Silk Road national and regional boutique exhibition area. Among them, Maritime Silk Road national and regional exhibition zone includes 48 Maritime Silk Road countries and regional delegations from France, Korea, Italy, Japan, Australia, Russia, Indonesia, Mongolia, India, Pakistan and so on. A total of 340 enterprises have participated in the exhibition with clothing, household accessories, special food, agricultural products, traditional handicraft and other local characteristics.







Thirdly, the brand enterprises have made concentrative appearances, and the quality control of exhibits has been the most stringent in the past. Relying on the brand influence of the MSREXPO2019, the exhibitors include Samsung, Korea Ginseng Corp, Philippines Liwayway, LBO Winery in Bordeaux, Enrich Tea and Food Exports (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka, Japanese Mishima Food Co., Kaiser Trading Co., Saudi Arabia, Ltd and other international brands as well as pioneer brands in the subdivision industry.







 
Fourth, to light up Maritime Silk Road tourism and promote the coordinated development of culture and tourism economy. MSREXPO2019 has set up Maritime Silk Road Quanzhou Culture and Tourism Culture Exhibition Zone and Maritime Silk Road Tourism Culture Exhibition Zone. Among them, the Maritime Silk Road Tourism Culture Exhibition Zone has representatives from Tourism Bureau, Tourism Development Committee, travel agencies of 12 countries such as Germany, Canada, Japan, Singapore, China and so on. Representatives of four national tourism departments, Greece, Uzbekistan, Thailand and Japan, also participated in the Maritime Silk Road National Tourism and Cultural Industry Promotion Conference to further promote global cultural tourism exchanges and achieve coordinated development of culture and tourism economy.
 
The mode of market procurement trade promotes "buying in the whole country, selling to the whole world, making foreign trade, going to Shishi".
 In order to further enhance the spillover effect of the national market procurement and trade pilot, Shishi International Trade City of China was officially unveiled during the exhibition. It consists of Shishi Garment City and Shishi International Textile City, including four major formats: textile accessories, clothing shoes and hats, Fujian local characteristic products and international procurement fair.

 
At the end of September 2018, Shishi Garment City stood out from 38 application markets in China and became the only approved national market procurement trade mode pilot in Fujian Province. The 2009 International Trade Innovation and Exchange Conference & Shishi Garment City Market Purchasing and Trade Promotion Conference was held. At the meeting, Fujian Shishi Industry Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. signed with Dehua County Ceramic Development Committee Office, World Liugui General Chamber of Commerce, Fujian Huamin Silk Road International Trade Co., Ltd., Hongkong Shishi Townsmen Association, Macao Shishi Townsmen Association, Vietnam Fujian Chamber of Commerce, Thailand Shishi Chamber of Commerce, Philippine Chamber of Commerce, India-China Business Council, Shishi City Youth Chamber of Commerce and so on, signed a letter of intent for settled.
 
On the morning of April 18, the unveiling ceremony of Blanc De Chine Culture and Art Center (Shishi Museum) & the opening ceremony of Dehua Ceramic Art of New Maritime Silk Road · Blanc De Chine was held.
 
At present, Shishi has established economic and trade relations with more than 190 countries and regions around the world. It attracts more than 50,000 businessmen from home and abroad every day. Its products are fast accessible to the whole world and are fluent in business. The landing of the pilot policy of national market procurement trade mode and the unveiling and establishment of Shishi International Trade City in China will gradually promote the realization of "buying in the whole country, selling to the whole world, making foreign trade, going to Shishi", thus injecting new impetus into the export-oriented economic development of Quanzhou and even Fujian.
 
2019 Shishi Fashion Week promotes industry chain to be more down-to-earth


This Expo will continue to focus on the theme of "fashion Shishi, charming Maritime Silk Road". It will seize the opportunity of Shishi Garment City's approved national market procurement and trade mode pilot and 2019 China Garment Accessories Conference. It will focus on fabrics and accessories, and strive to fully display the new technologies, new products and opportunities of textile and apparel industries across the Taiwan Strait, so as to create the industry exchange and exhibition platform with Fujian characteristics.





 
There are six major exhibition areas in the main exhibition area of STCF2019: import and export trade exhibition area, fashion trend exhibition area, Taiwan Pavilion, textile new technology exhibition area, fabric exhibition area and accessories exhibition area. Taiwan exhibitors are mainly organized by Taiwan Textile Development Association. The organizers also invited well-known professors from Feng Chia University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Kun Shan University of Technology, Vanung University in the textile and clothing industry to bring new products to the exhibition area of new textile technology. In addition to Shishi's local high-quality enterprises, the mainland exhibitors also include the enterprises from Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangzhou, Anhui, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Shenzhen and Shaanxi. The textile machinery sub-exhibition area of STCF2019 has a scale of 5000 square meters. The local exhibitors include Fucheng, Zhongli, Werma, Yuantong and so on. In addition, the textile machinery enterprises of Xiamen, Wuhan, Xichuan and Dongguan come to the exhibition. More than 500 enterprises participated in the exhibition.
 
In order to make the exhibition more down-to-earth and attract more talents and businessmen to join Shishi, this year the organizers launched a series of wonderful activities, including the Shishi Fashion Week, the Seventh Shishi E-Commerce Conference, the 10th China Textile and Garment Entrepreneurs' Day, the China Garment Accessories Conference, the Fujian and Hong Kong Garment Designers' Professional Skills Competition, and the 8th “Shishi Cup” National College Graduates Garment Design Competition, etc., many activities directly docked with local enterprises.


Today, MSREXPO and STCF has become an important fulcrum for Quanzhou and Shishi to leverage a new round of external development.
