Zhengzhou Huaying： Two types of winding head meet the requirements of high-speed automation production






Huaying Chemical Fiber Science and Technology
Co., Ltd. displays two prototypes of ZWBP610 (HX) and
ZWBP612-180 winding heads, suitable for spinning variety
of POY, and spinning types of PET, PP, PA and other chemical
filament.
The two high-speed winding heads are featured with
automatic switching in full volume and no waste. In the
structure, it adopts roller drive to reduce the damage to wire
strip and improve withdrawal rate of bottom wire. Transverse
mode with the structure of dual-rotor shifting fork
gearbox, has characteristics of long maintenance and low
cost, as well as reliable transmission and stable operation.
The forming plate of the shifting fork in the whole ceramic
structure, effectively reduces friction of winding process
and the damage to wire strip, as well as improves the service
life.
ZWBP612-180 winding head, with spindle length of
1800mm, monofilament cake of 15kg, roll loading capacity
of 12, achieves a drop tube production capacity of 180kg
in a single spinning, and realizes energy efficient and highquality
production environment.
