HY-9 Auto-doffing High Speed Draw-Texturing Machine
This machine is high speed high efficiency auto doffing
DTY machine, which is for the production of polyester stretch
yarn, maximum speed is 1350m/min. With automatic control
technology, multiple units can be independent controlled; Auto-
Doffing System, when the bobbin reaches the set-value, it will
doffing, change bobbin and re-threading automatically; On Line
Tension System, monitor the yarn tension and control the yarn
quality.
HY-10 High Speed Draw Texturing Machine
This machine is for the production of polyester stretch
yarn, maximum speed is 1,200m/min. This is multifunctional
machine with independent intellectual property rights.
HY-BHS Bobbin Transportation System
HY-BHS Bobbin Transportation System is the optimize
choice for high quality yarn, and could greatly improve textile
enterprises’ management. The system achieves the auto-cycling
from roving frame to ring frame, so as to reduce labor-hand and
improve yarn quality. Parameters could be set via Man-Machine
interface.
HY-IDS Synthetic Filament Package Auto-doffing &
Transporting System
Hongyuan develops this system to process the synthetic
filament package. It has the function of package auto-doffing
and transporting, so as to improve the automation level of filament
production, improve yarn quality and reduce labor cost. It
could be modularity combined as per actual requirements, and
achieve the automation auxiliary system for filament production.
