long service life, such as RFc (Black) highspeed
wear-resistant steel traveler, TPc (citrine) traveler
and so on.
RFc (Hei Jin) steel traveler is the preferred product
of various kinds of spinning, with spinning end breakage,
hairiness, flying ring down 20% - 30%, spinning
speed of up to 18,000rpm, as well as service life of 15
- 20 days, which can replace imported ones. TPc (citrine)
traveler adopts high-precision processing equipment
with independent intellectual property rights to
significantly improve the self-lubrication and wear resistance,
with service life of 15 - 18 days, and spinning
speed of up to 17,000rpm, which can replace imported
ones. BSc (sapphire) traveler has strong spinnability,
with hairiness, end breakage and flying ring down 10%
- 15%, and service life of 10 - 15 days. GHJ high wearresistant
precision steel collar is especially suitable for
high speed and high wear-resistance spinning demand,
with wear resistance of 2 - 5 times than chrome-plating
and service life of 5 - 6 years. JD high precision steel
collar has more than 10μm of film, through precision
electroplating and precision polishing treatment, which
has no running-in and a good wear-resistance, with
service life of 5 - 6 years. BC conical ring remains at
the top of the fields of blended spinning and chemical
fiber, by the upgrading of raw materials, processing
equipment, surface treatment and so on.
The reed of glass fiber air-jet reeds adopts 420
wear-resistance, with 2 - 3 times of service life than
SUS301, and spinning speed of 1000 rpm; the “E” type
of air flow trough reduces the flow losses, saving energy
of 8% - 15%; double jet reed with special production
technology, is preferred of high-grade towel.
