Rizhao Yuhua Machinery Co., Ltd. is to showcase a series of
products, including compact spinning system, cradles, rings, and
single-spindle online monitoring.
Yuhua YF compact spinning system is 4-roller drafting with negative
pressures, mainly composed of negative pressure tube components
(negative pressure tube and small roller), block roller, roller before the
teeth, intermediate gear, roller stand components, air duct, air bellow
and other ancillary parts. The device has a lot of improved and optimized
features in addition to the basic performance of compact spinning
system.
The negative pressure system uses main blast line and main fan
frequency conversion technology. A reasonable design of blast line can
have the negative pressure difference between the front and the rear of
the machine controlled within a very small range.
The use of torsional spring tension bracket in the tension of mesh
apron assures the gathering effect.
“Yuhua” series of cradles, including a V-type drafting, flat drafting
and a special one for compact spinning, are the first choice of
many domestic and foreign cotton spinning enterprises and has seen a
production of more than one million spindles in domestic and overseas
markets.
In recent years, the company has been committed to the R&D of
high-end rings, and the current production of high-precision bearing
steel rings enjoy CNC machining, guaranteeing high dimensional accuracy
and an agreeable internal and external structure with a longer
service life, about 3 - 5 times the ordinary ones; therefore they are especially
suitable for compact spinning.
Single-spindle online monitoring can collect data in real time,
saving labor and improving efficiency. EFFISPIN is for cotton spinning,
Bluemis for wool spinning, and Star-Yarn Siro for Siro Spinning.
