Jingwei Components： Series of spindle with high capacity and low energy consumption

In this exhibition, Shanxi Jingwei Textile Machinery Components Co., Ltd. unveils JW. D7103E-19 and W.D7111ES-19 series of polished rod, as well as W.D7111ES-19 and JW.D7211ES-20 series of spindle, whose characteristics are large take-up package and low energy consumption, especially suitable for coarse yarn textile, with ordinary yarn package up 20%, reduced the number of doffing and improved production efficiency in the same yarn weight.

JW.D6811ES-19 series of spindle, with the maximum speed up to 25000 rev/min, effectively enhances the single ingot production; under the normal spinning speed of 1600 rev/min, maintenance-free period could be more than eight months, with smooth running and low noise. The zero winding device of JW-S68-19 series spindle, can guarantee the clamping of yarn in the case of collective doffing, so as to reduce the burden of cleaning spindle.

The spindle with high speed, dual elasticity, low noise and low vibration, is characterized by its 1dBA lower noise under the highest speed of 25000 rev/min; while under the condition of 20000 rev/min, the vibration of spindle to spinning frame reduces a lot, with improved yarn quality.
