Zhengzhou Hongda： JWF1216-120 high production carding machine




Zhengzhou Hongda New Type Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. will launch a new generation of JWF1216-120 single roller high-production carding machine, which is composed of WF1216-120 carding machine unit and JWF1176-120 feeding box of clean-card unit, with width of 1220mm, the highest speed of 300m/min and the highest yield of 150KG/h.

JWF1216-120 high-production carding machine further increases the height difference between cylinder and doffer center, carding area, carding function, configuration interchangeability and variety adaptability, with shorter machine frame and less area. The suction of taker-in droppings adopts aluminum alloy section and intermediate noil absorption technology to ensure smooth airflow and the effective removal of impurities, with less air consumption and higher production efficiency and quality. There are two types of feeding box of clean-card unit matched with carding machine: one is a traditional form of feed roller and feed plate holding for cotton; another is a new type of double roller holding for cotton. Also there are two options for cotton box beater with spiral form and blade bard composite form, to meet the needs of different raw material production and process. The widening of cotton box increases the amount of cotton storage for stable supply. The innovative automatic breaking device of coiler and cancel of wire rope draw-off mechanism improve the reliability of breaking execution without the loss of spare parts. It’s available to realize docking network with E system by data acquisition and Internet technology, and also can be a separate network or with a third party, to realize online monitoring and remote monitoring by means of mobile terminal or the Internet.
