Pingnan County will undertake the transfer of the textile and apparel industry from Eastern China, build a green, scientific and fashionable textile and apparel industry chain, and speed up the construction of China (Guigang) textile and apparel fashion new district, and cultivate an industry cluster of 100 billion yuan.

 

Pingnan County Yang Dadong introduces, at present, Guigang City focuses on the development of textile and apparel industry. Up to now, Pingnan County has signed a total of 226 textile and apparel projects, the total investment of 26.4 billion yuan, realized the construction of more than 100 enterprises.

 

The first phase of the industrial park will be completed by the end of July this year. Nine dyeing and printing enterprises will be put into operation, with a daily capacity of treating 100,000 tons of sewage and 1,250 tons of dyeing and printing fabrics. At present, the park has signed contracts with more than 30 enterprises, 90 percent of which are Guangdong dyeing and printing enterprises.
