Companion cheese yarn intelligent dyeing project in Xinjiang has been put into operation

Xinjiang Companion Intelligent Dyeing Co., Ltd. is a brand demonstration project for cheese dyeing, which was jointly invested by Shandong Companion Group Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Keda Construction Group Co., Ltd. The project is located in the second phase of the Korla National Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total planned investment of the project is about 2.3 billion yuan, with a total area of more than 600 acres. After it is completed and put into production, it will become the first digital automatic dyeing demonstration factory for full-scale cheese yarn in Xinjiang, with an annual output of 160,000 tons of high-quality yarn. The income is 5 billion yuan, the profit and tax is 560 million yuan, and thousands of people are directly placed in employment.
It is understood that Xinjiang Companion Intelligent Dyeing Co., Ltd. cheese dyeing intelligent demonstration project is the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award of Shandong Companion Group - the digital automatic dyeing technology and equipment industry transformation of cheese yarn, fully utilize the “Internet +” technology, through the development of process technology suitable for yarn digital automatic dyeing, key equipment, central control system for dyeing process, etc., extending intelligent technology from a single dyeing line to product development, process development, raw materials, finished product warehouse, etc., realize the functions of plant-level data collection, analysis and judgment. It is a model project of deep integration of informationization and industrialization. The automatic data recovery rate of production process data is over 95%, and the numerical control rate of main equipment is 92%, the qualified rate of dyeing is over 98%, the labor saving rate is 80%, the production efficiency is increased by 28%, the water saving rate of yarn per ton is 70%, the electricity saving 45%, the steam saving rate is over 58%, the sewage emission reduction is 68%, and the comprehensive cost is reduced by 30%.
The intelligent dyeing factory has completely independent intellectual property rights, and realizes the dyeing of cheese yarn from manual mechanization, single machine automation to full process digitization and system automation. The technology has reached the international leading level, making China the first country in the world to break through the whole process of automated dyeing technology and realize engineering application is a major breakthrough in the digitalization, intelligentization and green manufacturing of China’s textile dyeing and printing industry. Selected as one of the first batch of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2015, and the “China Manufacturing 2025”, major landmark project in 2017, and won the China Industrial Award in 2018.
